The Mulberry St Theater is located in lower Manhattan, on the NE corner of Mulberry & Bayard Streets, one block south of Canal St. By subway take the #6, N, R, Q, W, J, M to Canal St. Walk east along Canal St towards Chinatwon and turn right on Mulberry St, walk 1 block south to Bayard St. The theater is on the second floor of 70 Mulberry St. There is also parking on Mulberry St. between Moscoe & Bayard, or on Bayard St between Baxter and Mulberry.
A PERFORMANCE SPACE
The Mulberry St Theater (MST) is a flexible, intimate black box space ideal for dance performance and presentation, located at 70 Mulberry St in the vicinity of Chinatown and Little Italy. MST has achieved a respected position in the artistic community, having received extensive press attention, most notably in The New York Times and The Village Voice. MST provides artists with the opportunity to present their work in a professional setting well respected by both the press and the dance community.

The Space
The Mulberry St Theater has stage dimensions of either 30'W x 24'L x 15'H or 27'W x 24'L x 15'H. Seating accommodates from 50 to 70 persons on two or three levels of risers. The dance stage is black marley over a wooden floor. The theater provides a full repertory light plot of approximately 50 instruments, and a sound system offering full playback and voice amplification facilities. A projection screen is available, though performers must provide their own projection equipment.
